Working for IBC directly, we were contracted for an initial period of three years to event manage an entire section of IBC – the Connected World hall.
We were also commissioned to deliver a further five custom build stands in other halls.
The Connected World hall consists of 129 custom build pods, demo area, i-cafe, and hall entrances – all of which were designed and built by CNM Exhibitions to meet the organisers requirements. Our role included providing event management services across the entire Connected World section and individually project managing each of the 129 exhibition pods and a further five custom build stands in other areas of the exhibition. We delivered bespoke pod graphics, an exhibitors manual, and managed all aspects of exhibitors logistics.
